Deanish Edwards Syndrome

Deanish Edwards Syndrome is a behavioral anomaly found among human and machine populations in Grime City. It has been observed by sociologists, psychologists, private investigators and passing scavengers.
Symptoms
Deanish Edwards Syndrome is characterised by a pathological obsession of starting fires, stoking fires, igniting flares indoors, launching fireworks indoors, or otherwise means of starting a fire in resource buildings and other entry points.
Deanish Edwards Syndrome is distinct from common occurrences of pyromania in that those suffering from the condition seem intent on standing inside of the burning building no matter the health risks posed.
Treatment
There is no known treatment for Deanish Edwards Syndrome. It is widely considered to be a terminal affliction.
History
This syndrome was first classified by relativley obscure freelance private investigator and Malton refugee Laszlo Dimewright III. The term itself was coined after the name of the hospital where he first discovered the behavorial anomaly in the fifteen inhabitants, including himself.
