Discussion is an area at the bottom of the screen which logs all the kinds of possible talking the character can perceive, or to add to the conversation - by speaking, shouting, talking on one of the public Radio channels, or talking on the Group channel.

Say

Say can be used to communicate with characters sharing the same square. It costs 0AP.

Preceding with "/me" turns the line into an action. I.e. if character Femlak writes "/me bows towards Hiei229", the line would be displayed as "Femlak bows towards Hiei229".

Shout

Shout automatically turns the entered text into all caps and ends it with an exclamation mark.

Radio

Using the radio require the character to possess a Walkie Talkie and not to be underground. Radios can be set to frequencies from 27.0 to 27.99, with only frequency being able to be accessed at the same time. 27.0 is the default frequency and sees the most traffic.

Group

Using the group chat require the character to possess a Walkie Talkie and not to be underground. The character also has to be a member of a group.
