Elgin is a suburb in Grime City home to a major mall, Englund Mall, and a large hospital, the Elgin General Hospital, which sits next to the ruins of a Destroyed Helix Building, suspected by many in the city to be the cause of the Maladictus outbreak. The largest installation in the suburb is Fort Barnes, a military encampment guarded by a local branch of the armed forces with lethal force. The suburb is plagued by several undead hordes, but especially the roaming Babble Rabble, known for its strange language.
